Light Rye Sourdough Loaf

This rye loaf uses  blend of organic rye and wheat flours to make a loaf with the extra flavour of rye 

We incorporate sesame seeds in the bread, and the loaf weighs approximately 660 grams

Ingredients: a blend of 40% organic stone-ground semi-integral rye flour and 60% organic stone-ground white wheat flour, salt and water, sesame seeds
