This rye loaf uses our rye mother culture to ferment a blend of organic rye and wheat flours to make a loaf with the extra flavour of rye 

We incorporate sesame seeds in the bread, and the loaf weighs approximately 660 grams

Ingredients: stoneground, unbleached, organic white and wholemeal rye (40%) and wheat (60%) flour, salt and water, sesame seeds
