Classic Lara's Loaf
Named after our first ever customer, baby Lara. It was her first ever solid food!
Fermented for over 24 hours and crafted by hand, this bread has a mild but distinctive sourdough "tang" and great depth of flavour. A pronounced scent of wheat, thin crackly crust and moist creamy crumb - just begging to be eaten!
It keeps for several days if loosely wrapped in cotton. It freezes very well if you seal it in a freezer bag (we recommend waiting a day before slicing and freezing (for maximum flavour)
Ingredients: stone-ground white Aurora flour grown organically in Cordoba province (85%) blended with organic wholemeal wheat flour (15%), water and salt. Weighs approximately 650 grams
