Pricing, Terms and Conditions
All prices are in Euros and include taxes where appropriate
One Day course and Bespoke courses (non-residential)
One day's tuition costs 100 euros pp
You arrive between 09:00 and 10:00 and the course concludes between 17:00 and 18:00
Snacks and refreshments are provided on arrival, soft drinks, tea and coffee during the day, lunch with wine, and snacks throughout the daySupplements - You can stay overnight on a BnB basis for 40 euros per night pp and have dinner with wine or a late supper for 15 euros pp
Discount - for group bookings, a discount of 25 euros pp
Standard Three Day Course (residential only)
You can arrive on any day of the week, checking in any time after 15:00 hours, and we will give you dinner with wine or a late supper
The course runs for three days, including all meals and refreshments
You check out by midday on day four, so you will have stayed four nights
The cost is 595 euros pp. This includes free transfer from/to Granada International airport or bus station
Supplements - You can extend your stay e.g. for sightseeing, at the following rates:
BnB 40 euros pp
Lunch 15 euros pp
Full board basis 70 euros pp
Transfer from/to Malaga International airport is 95 euros
Payment and Cancellations
Once we agree on a course and suitable dates, we ask you to pay a non-refundable deposit of 20%. One day courses must be paid in full when booked
The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival
If you cancel within 14 days of the start of the course or accommodation we will not refund any fees you have paid unless we have been able to resell the booking
If you cancel within 28 days, but more than 14 days, we will refund you 50% of the fees you have paid, less a administration fee of €30 per booking
If you cancel prior to 28 days, we will offer to rebook for you at any convenient date. If this is not possible, and you have paid in full, we will refund you 100% of the balance less an administration fee of €30 per booking
We expect students to have their own travel and health insurance
Health and Safety
At the beginning of the course we will brief you on safety and good hygiene in the bakery
We provide all the tools and equipment needed for your use on the course, and protective aprons (although we recommend you wear comfortable clothing and shoes; and we do expect you to get dusty and sticky in the bakery!
When booking, we will ask you for any medical concerns or disabilities, including allergies or food intolerances we might reasonably be expected to aware of when teaching and preparing food or snacks for you. We will take whatever reasonable steps or precautions are needed to avoid or overcome problems
After the Course
You will be provided with some of our sourdough culture and enough flour to feed it for a week or two until you source your own supplies
Plus you will take any bread and pastries that you have baked
And some happy memories!
