4 x French All-butter Croissants

Lydia's all-butter croissants are a light delight, ideal for a continental breakfast or a lunch with a sweet or savoury filling

They are far more flavourful than the "industrial" croissants you are likely to find in this part of Spain. This is because of the slow fermentation and use of high quality butter and organic flour

Ingredients: white wheat flour, salt, water, unsalted butter, milk, sugar and baker's yeast

Note - these are not leavened with sourdough (which is not generally well suited to laminated pastries)
