Sourdough Focaccia

Focaccia is one of Italy's favourite breads. Lydia's is the classic tomato, olive oil and rosemary version. It has scattered large salt crystals which give wonderful "pops' of flavour in addition to the depth from authentic sourdough. Irresistible!

It's best enjoyed fresh, or it can be reheated the next day. It's good sliced horizontally and made into sandwiches or toasted. It freezes well

Why not order a generous quarter slice, a half slice, or a whole focaccia (approximately 1.4 kilos) for a party piece?

Ingredients: White stone-ground organic wheat flour, water, salt, extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, black olives, rosemary, and a little shaved cheese (grana padano, pecorino or manchego)
